The perspective you don't usually get on stage
Most speakers on executive health, longevity, and performance come from one discipline — the researcher, the clinician, the performance coach. Arun trained as a physician at King's College London, built and led a clinical team at a longevity practice in Singapore, and advises an AI-driven health startup. He works daily with founders, executives, and families as a longevity architect — interpreting diagnostic data, redesigning training protocols, and coordinating specialist care under one relationship.
That combination — clinical depth, operational experience, and physical presence — produces a different kind of talk. Not a lecture on what the research says. A precise account of what actually shifts at the top, and what the people in the room can do about it.
Arun is the co-founder of Sentium, a longevity architecture practice based in Singapore. Sentium exists to hold the complete biological picture for individuals and families — across specialists, across decades — and act before events happen, not after. That practice is the foundation of everything he brings to a stage.

Example keynote topics
The Asset Class Nobody Audits The wealthiest families apply rigorous thinking to every portfolio they hold — except the one that makes all the others worth having. This talk examines what a serious approach to healthspan actually looks like, why the standard executive health check leaves most of the risk on the table, and what the people in this room should be doing differently. Primary room: private bank and family office client events.
The Cognitive Capital Deficit The science of brain ageing has direct implications for how executives lead, decide, and compound performance across a decade. The gap between leaders who manage this and those who don't is not small — and it is not reversible on demand. This talk translates the evidence into specific, actionable changes. Primary room: corporate leadership and C-suite programmes.
The Founder's Blind Spot Founders build for the long game in every dimension but one. The biological trade-offs made during the building years are real, cumulative, and frequently irreversible if unaddressed. This talk is for the room that already knows what it costs to build — and needs to understand what it's costing them biologically. Primary room: founder communities, YPO and EO chapters.
All talks are designed for senior audiences. Arun does not deliver off-the-shelf content — every engagement is calibrated to the room.
