Enjoyable habits are easier to build

Your goal is to create a sense of progress and satisfaction that keeps you coming back.

Do not expect yourself to endure long periods of struggle before you see any payoff. Most people abandon habits when they see no immediate benefit. Instead, set small, realistic goals so you can reach milestones quickly. Each success gives you a mental boost, reinforcing the new behaviour and making the next step easier to handle.

Of course, there will be times when discipline is necessary, but if every session feels like a battle, ask yourself why.
