Your university exam results aren’t personal

Your university exam results aren’t personal
By Arun Jayaraj

Performing well in university exams is important but you have to focus on what you can control.

This mental habit will help you reach the end unscathed.

We often trade our mental health for our exams. But we should mitigate it's effects by improving our perception of them.

When things don't go your way, it's crucial to avoid linking a result to your self-worth. It has nothing to do with you.

Instead, you must accept it as a consequence of a variety of factors.

While assessing these factors, you should focus on the ones you have direct control over. It's not personal and it never has to be.
